Today in the news...

It was a crazy day. I had one short story on a change of command - about a minute including a soundbite. Looked like it was going to be an easy day.

Then, when I was meeting with the news director, the assignment editor comes running in wanting to send me out to the school board presser b/c someone was late or sick or something. So,I go running out and pretty much didn't stop until 11:00 tonight.

It was pretty fun, though. I got to work with a photog I haven't worked with yet. We got along really well. I also did a tease and live shot from the board meeting.
