A Capitol Fourth

That's the name of the concert held on the Mall each July 4th. I walked down from my house about 8:30 to try and catch JoDee Messina's performance. To my regret, she only sang two songs. I headed back home after that. As you can see, it was crowded and the rain was off and on.
